The medieval show Tenerife VIP experience centres on a choreographed tournament staged three evenings a week, with mounted knights in armour performing lance charges, sword combat, and precision riding beneath heraldic banners representing the four competing kingdoms. Each VIP ticket holder is seated in the front two rows of the arena-facing gallery, where the horses pass within arm's reach and the clash of steel on steel is unfiltered by distance. The four-course banquet arrives in timed courses — garlic bread and vegetable soup, roast chicken or grilled fish, dessert, and coffee — served without cutlery in the medieval custom, accompanied by unlimited house wine, sangria, beer, and a cava toast.
